Senior Manager, Talent Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the recruiting technology stack, which includes Gem, Greenhouse, and BrightHire.

• Identify deficiencies, assess and recommend tools or integrations, and oversee vendor partnerships.

• Develop and sustain integrations across recruiting platforms.

• Create and maintain a knowledge management system featuring playbooks, SOPs, onboarding resources, and process documentation.

• Construct recruiting dashboards and establish metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and funnel conversion.

• Safeguard data integrity and provide reliable, self-service reporting.

• Transform recruiting data into actionable insights.

• Enhance end-to-end recruiting processes and elevate the candidate and hiring team experience.

• Collaborate with Legal, People Systems, and Total Rewards on processes and compliance matters.

• Work together with TA managers and leaders to standardize processes on a global scale.

• Supervise and develop 2 Recruiting Coordinators, with plans for team expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Talent/Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or a similar role.

• Proven history of establishing an operations function from the ground up.

• Practical experience in configuring and administering an ATS; Greenhouse is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with sourcing/CRM tools such as Gem or similar platforms.

• Experience with BrightHire or interview intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reporting on recruiting metrics.

• Experience in managing or mentoring a coordination team.

• Strong project management abilities.

• Capability to function as both an individual contributor and a team leader.

• Experience in a fast-paced, global organization, with adaptability to changing priorities.

• Exceptional documentation skills.
