This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the organization’s staffing needs for each role, ensuring competitive hiring objectives are met.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process while devising strategies to source, attract, and recruit candidates for critical positions.
• Conduct and present market analysis on candidate data, including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply and demand reports, and identify top target companies, competitors, or talent pools.
• Employ both conventional and advanced talent sourcing methods, demonstrating full proficiency in Boolean search techniques, experience with a diverse range of specialized sourcing tools, and a solid understanding of primary resource sites, code repositories, groups, discussion forums, Chrome extension tools, job boards, internal databases, CRM databases, search engines, social media, and web mining techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Lead discussions on recruitment strategies with hiring managers and HR.
• Create an effective interview and sourcing strategy, focusing on internal and diverse talent.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process, from initial presentation to finalist selection and offer negotiation.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently updated.
• Craft creative job postings that effectively attract candidates and represent Circana professionally on social media.
• Lead or participate in special projects aimed at continuous business process improvement.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Experience supporting technical roles within technology-centric teams or business units.
• Familiarity with UKG, Eightfold, Microsoft Copilot, or other Agentic AI tools is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and clients.
• Excellent project management capabilities (e.g., critical thinking, managing expectations, adhering to timelines, effective communication of progress, etc.).
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to comprehend business functions.
