Senior Manager, Supplier Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing and delivering on the profit and loss (P/L) for the advertising division.

• Oversee the co-op advertising sales program and establish a roadmap to enhance ad sales across owned channels.

• Actively engage in the negotiation of Key Supplier Agreements to ensure that the goals of the agreements are achieved, and the Channels team executes all marketing initiatives to support these arrangements.

• Serve as the internal marketing advocate for co-op participants and Key Supplier Program (KSP) participants.

• Lead monthly and quarterly return on investment (ROI) calls with key suppliers and advertising partners.

• Facilitate communication between the Category Management and Digital Revenue teams to ensure the effective deployment of campaign briefs across channel owners.

• Direct and manage the creation of detailed reports that offer insights into the performance of all marketing channels.

• Oversee the coordination of the annual media kit with the entire Henry Schein organization.

• Engage in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 10 or more years of progressively responsible and complex professional experience.

• Proven track record of achieving over $10 million in annual digital advertising sales.

• Expert-level knowledge of digital advertising channels, including paid search, display, email, and social media.

• Extensive understanding of marketing analytics and a demonstrated ability to translate data into insights suitable for C-suite level audiences.

• Experience in creating, launching, and optimizing multimedia campaigns.

• Typically holds a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related field. A Master's degree or global equivalent is preferred. May possess two or more industry certifications.
