Senior Manager, Strategy & Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the weekly growth forecasting process from start to finish: including model inputs, assumptions, variance analysis, and outputs for leadership.

• Oversee comprehensive funnel forecasting models across various segments (SMB, Enterprise, International) from the top of the funnel down to activations.

• Manage headcount capacity forecasting for GTM functions to facilitate an increase in staff from approximately 200 to 500 by the end of 2026.

• Supervise headcount planning inputs, operationalize the headcount hiring strategy in collaboration with recruiting based on capacity planning outputs, and ensure data integrity in systems (e.g., Team Ohana).

• Collaborate weekly with Finance to synchronize on forecasting methodologies and headcount planning.

• Assist with annual planning cycles through structured analysis and scenario modeling.

• Develop and sustain reporting infrastructure (Looker, Salesforce) to aid recurring strategic decision-making.

• Address high-priority ad-hoc analytical requests from GTM leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Planning, Finance, or Management Consulting.

• Proven experience in managing a revenue or sales forecast within a B2B SaaS or rapidly growing tech environment.

• Strong financial modeling capabilities; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker preferred).

• Proficient in Salesforce; able to independently navigate data and create reports.

• Comfortable collaborating with Finance stakeholders and translating analytical results into business narratives.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; capable of clearly presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Works with a sense of urgency and accountability; thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
