This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Proactively identify strategic priorities, business requirements, and challenges across RELX’s various sectors.
• Oversee comprehensive strategy projects from defining problems and structuring solutions to presenting executive-level recommendations and fostering stakeholder alignment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions, assessing trade-offs, and questioning assumptions.
• Assist businesses with innovative thinking on the implications of emerging technologies and trends for our operations.
• Ensure effective communication of RELX and business unit strategies through the development of Board, investor, and annual strategic planning presentations.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting high-quality output and fostering team development.
• Encourage knowledge sharing among internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in top-tier strategy/management/financial consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an MBA or similar qualification is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong experience in delivering diverse projects to senior stakeholders.
• Proven project and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically, understanding both the overall vision and operational details.
• Experience in managing and developing junior team members.
