📋 Description

• Proactively recognize strategic priorities, business requirements, and challenges across RELX’s operations.

• Oversee complete strategy projects, from defining problems and structuring solutions to providing executive-level recommendations and fostering stakeholder alignment.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions, assessing trade-offs, and questioning assumptions.

• Assist the businesses with innovative thinking regarding the effects of emerging technologies and trends on our operations.

• Ensure clear communication of RELX and business unit strategies by developing presentations for the Board, investors, and annual strategic planning.

• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting high-quality deliverables and team growth.

• Encourage knowledge sharing among internal and external stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in top-tier strategy/management/financial consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or comparable roles.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience in delivering diverse projects to senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated skills in project and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, understanding both the “big picture” and operational details.

• Experience in managing and developing junior team members.
