This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary finance partner for Zapier's self-serve operations.

• Develop and manage the forecasting, reporting, and analytical frameworks for self-serve.

• Evaluate the entire self-serve funnel: from top-of-funnel acquisition to activation, conversion, expansion, and retention.

• Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess how product changes influence financial results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical position, preferably within a product-led or self-serve SaaS environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of a self-serve business model: including churn, contraction, expansion, net new revenue, and the complete funnel from visitor to signup, paid conversion, and upgrades.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited about building initiatives from the ground up.

• Excellent communicator capable of translating intricate analyses into clear recommendations for both finance leadership and cross-functional partners.
