• Oversee the company's long-term strategic financial planning process.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess and implement strategic initiatives, including the launch of new products and expansion into new markets.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to Product Leadership and other senior executives within the organization, offering financial insights and aiding in their decision-making processes.
• Create and uphold key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial models for strategic initiatives to monitor performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Construct and maintain intricate financial models to facilitate business case analysis and long-term scenario planning.
• Establish a product P&L reporting process to evaluate performance, pinpoint profitability drivers, and support ongoing product lifecycle decisions.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive environments, and industry dynamics to guide financial strategy and business planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with an emphasis on strategic finance, corporate development, or investment banking.
• Experience in the media industry is highly preferred.
• Outstanding financial modeling and analytical abilities, coupled with a thorough understanding of corporate finance principles.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to convert complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Proven experience in a leadership position, with a history of managing and developing team members.
• Proficiency in financial systems (SAP Analytics Cloud strongly preferred) and advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
