Senior Manager, Strategic Execution

📋 Description

• Assists in the execution of medical, clinical, and commercial initiatives by overseeing key elements of project planning and implementation.

• Takes responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of programs with a defined scope and directs specific components of more intricate, multi-faceted programs.

• Creates and manages project schedules, timelines, and budgets for the assigned programs or their components.

• Tracks milestones and progress of deliveries, proactively identifying and escalating risks when necessary.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the assigned programs or components on a daily basis.

• Fosters strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, vendors, and partners.

• Facilitates alignment among teams during planning, rehearsals, and execution phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Arts, or Science.

• At least 4 years of project management experience in executing medical events, medical education programs, and training materials within an agency setting.

• Proven experience in delivering medical, clinical, or commercial programs in an agency or comparable environment.

• History of taking ownership of defined-scope programs and supporting complex projects.

• Proven capability to manage timelines, budgets, and competing priorities effectively.

• Experience in client-facing roles and internal leadership development.
