Senior Manager, Strategic Execution

📋 Description

• Aids in the implementation of medical, clinical, and commercial initiatives by overseeing essential elements of project planning and execution.

• Takes responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of specified programs and spearheads particular components of intricate projects.

• Develops and manages project schedules, timelines, and financial plans.

• Tracks project milestones and monitors delivery progress.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations related to assigned programs or components.

• Fosters strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

• Works in close coordination with internal teams.

• Promotes a culture of collaborative delivery.

• Oversees budget and timeline tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Arts, or Science.

• At least 4 years of project management experience in executing medical events, medical education programs, and training materials within an agency context.

• Proven experience in delivering medical, clinical, or commercial programs within an agency or similar setting.

• Demonstrated capability in managing defined-scope programs and providing support for complex initiatives.

• Proven track record of managing timelines, budgets, and competing priorities effectively.

• Experience in developing client-facing and internal leadership roles.
