This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Act as the primary senior contact for designated strategic accounts, fostering robust relationships across district, regional, and corporate leadership tiers.
• Represent the Protos brand by providing a superior experience with a cohesive client-centric approach and proactive communication.
• Propel revenue retention and expansion through proactive strategies such as upselling, cross-selling, land and expand opportunities, and pipeline enhancement within current accounts.
• Assist in defensive initiatives aimed at renewals, client retention, risk reduction, and ensuring long-term account stability.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Service Agents, and executive leadership to guarantee seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs), which include agenda preparation, reporting, and strategic account updates.
• Track account performance trends, pinpoint risks and opportunities, and devise strategies that showcase and provide value aligned with client program objectives.
• Spearhead solution development initiatives and organize internal resources to assist client projects, service launches, and ongoing program execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by conveying company differentiators, innovation initiatives, industry insights, and strategic value propositions to clients.
• Enhance workforce performance, scalability, and proactive service management efforts to improve the client experience and reshape client perceptions.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, account activities, and opportunities within Salesforce, while remaining updated on market trends and competitor actions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic account management within a B2B environment is required.
• Proven track record in managing, retaining, stabilizing, and expanding large enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Experience in managing strategic relationships with Fortune 100 and/or Fortune 500 companies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to collaborate across functions and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience conducting executive-level client reviews, reporting, and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Previous experience in the security industry, managed services, or enterprise client environments is advantageous.
