• Oversee the creation and implementation of the Tech+Talent 2026 marketing strategy aimed at fulfilling key business objectives.
• Leverage market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and insights that guide our marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments, ensuring alignment with strategic aims.
• Craft clear and persuasive solution positioning and messaging that distinguishes Axiom's offerings, particularly focusing on Axiom’s AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with strategy, technology, and commercial teams to transform capabilities into customer-centric advantages and articulate these in marketing materials.
• Produce engaging sales enablement resources, including solution briefs, presentations, and case studies to bolster sales initiatives.
• Lead the execution of our marketing plan for the launch of new solutions, ensuring cohesive integration across various digital platforms.
• Work alongside marketing communications to roll out campaigns that enhance brand recognition and foster demand generation.
• Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and utilize data-driven insights for ongoing strategy refinement and optimization.
• Partner closely with sales teams to gather customer feedback and enhance solution selling techniques.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to provide market feedback that influences initiative prioritization.
• Team up with commercial groups to leverage customer experiences in marketing narratives and success stories.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation for all marketing initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure effective program delivery.
• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or a comparable role, preferably within the legal services, professional services, or technology sectors.
• Solid understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and experience in executing extensive marketing strategies.
• Proven program and project management abilities, with a history of managing several campaigns and workstreams concurrently.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the capability to express complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies for technology-driven solutions.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong messaging expertise, ideally with experience in marketing within the legal industry.
• Proficient in CRM applications (such as Salesforce.com) and marketing automation tools (like HubSpot).
• Ability to convert strategic goals into effective, market-specific initiatives.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a rapidly growing, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
