• Spearhead the creation and implementation of the Tech+Talent 2026 marketing strategy to meet essential business goals.
• Leverage market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and insights that guide and shape our marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns designed for specific customer segments, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Create clear and persuasive solution positioning and messaging that distinguishes Axiom's offerings, particularly emphasizing Axiom’s AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with strategy, technology, and commercial teams to transform capabilities into customer-focused benefits and articulate these in marketing materials.
• Oversee the execution of our marketing strategy for new solution launches, ensuring smooth integration across various digital channels.
• Partner with marketing communications to launch campaigns that enhance brand visibility and boost demand generation.
• Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve strategies.
• Work in tandem with sales teams to gather customer insights and enhance solution selling techniques.
• Engage with strategy teams to provide market feedback that informs the prioritization of initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to leverage customer experiences in marketing stories and success narratives.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation for marketing initiatives.
• Identify and address potential risks to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or a similar position, preferably within the legal services, professional services, or technology sectors.
• Strong grasp of B2B marketing dynamics with experience in executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Proven program and project management capabilities, with a history of managing multiple campaigns and workstreams concurrently.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies for technology-based solutions.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
