This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Senior Program Managers, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional performance.
• Provide guidance on intricate program and project delivery, stakeholder management, and executive communication to guarantee consistency and excellence in execution across all initiatives, including scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Utilize data to inform prioritization and resource allocation decisions in collaboration with Solution Delivery and Technology leadership and stakeholders, while proactively addressing conflicts as they arise.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leadership to ensure alignment between product strategy and solution delivery priorities.
• Create and standardize solution delivery methodologies, templates, artifacts, governance frameworks, and best practices; lead enablement initiatives throughout the department and ensure effective adoption and continued use of resources.
• Oversee effective escalation management and resolution of critical program issues, providing clear, concise, and actionable communications and updates to leadership regarding program risks, issues, impacts, and outcomes.
• Represent Solution Delivery in project scoping and discovery sessions, and develop data-driven delivery roadmaps, forecasts, and RAID logs.
• Set clear goals, performance expectations, and career development plans for direct reports.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with executives, business and clinical stakeholders, and external partners.
• Stay updated on relevant LifeStance product and solution capabilities to align project goals and outcomes with evolving business value.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise program/project management.
• More than 5 years of experience in managing and developing high-performing program or project management teams.
• Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional program portfolios in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership presence with the capability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid solution delivery methodologies.
• Advanced understanding of program governance, risk management, and common project management frameworks and standards.
• Proficiency in implementing and/or managing enterprise healthcare software (EHR systems such as Athena, AdvancedMD, Epic, etc., is strongly preferred).
• Strong business acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, overseeing resource planning, and tracking utilization and operational performance.
• Proficient in common project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday, etc.).
• Experience utilizing data and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) to drive insights and enhance decision-making.
• Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, behavioral health environments, and regulatory considerations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).
• Proven ability to scale processes, build teams, and drive organizational change.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences and stakeholders, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in written communications, status reports, and project plans.
