• Over 10 years of experience in software development

• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role

• Strong grasp of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed systems

• Profound knowledge of Microservices architecture and Containerization

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies

• Strong skills in strategic planning and project management

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
