📋 Description

• In the position of Senior Manager, Shopper Marketing, you will be pivotal in converting our premium, scientifically supported product into a top-tier retail experience that fosters trust, enhances conversion, and cultivates long-term brand loyalty.

• This role operates at the confluence of brand and commerce, aiding in the creation and implementation of shopper-centric omnichannel strategies as AG1 broadens its footprint beyond direct-to-consumer into a select group of retail partners.

• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Brand, Growth, Ecommerce, and Operations, in addition to key retailers like Costco, Target, and Walmart, to execute impactful programs across both physical and digital landscapes.

• This position demands a highly cross-functional approach, requiring robust strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a profound understanding of shopper behavior within premium consumer packaged goods, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. Some travel may be necessary for customer engagement, store immersion, and industry events.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, customer marketing, or similar roles. Experience with brands that have a substantial direct-to-consumer presence is preferred.

• As retail is a new channel for AG1 and Shopper Marketing is a nascent function, we seek someone who can construct the vessel rather than merely navigate it.

• Proven experience collaborating with major retail partners such as Costco, Target, Walmart, or equivalent.

• Experience in supporting omnichannel marketing initiatives across both physical and digital retail platforms.

• A background in supplements, health/wellness, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred.

• Previous experience in high-growth or fast-paced settings is preferred.

• A solid grasp of shopper behavior and retail marketing strategies.

• Experience with merchandising, promotional strategies, and retail media.

• Analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in utilizing syndicated or retailer data.

• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.

• Proven experience in budget management and performance tracking.

• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• A strong appreciation for premium brands and high-quality execution.

• Comfortable establishing structure in a rapidly expanding environment.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and navigate through ambiguity.

• A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• A passion for health, wellness, and scaling a premium consumer brand.
