Senior Manager, Security Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage a team of Security compliance advisors dedicated to Gainwell's state-based clients.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor, and advisor in a HIPAA-compliant environment focused on Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Care products.

• Collaborate with account teams, Gainwell's executive leadership, and Gainwell's clients.

• Handle audit management tasks, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST 800-53 compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• At least twelve years of experience in areas such as Security Compliance, Audit Management, and audit responses, preferably within a Healthcare setting.

• A minimum of eight years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles.

• CISSP and other relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

• Proficient in information security practices, networks, software, and hardware.
