This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee daily strategy and execution for paid search initiatives on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Manage an annual search budget ranging from $10M to $30M.
• Develop and sustain keyword architecture along with negative keyword strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to write and test ad copy.
• Establish and uphold measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with Analytics and other teams for effective implementation.
• Stay informed about platform updates and translate new capabilities into actionable strategies.
• Explore the application of AI-driven tools for optimization purposes.
• Oversee and ensure accountability of agency partners and platform relationships.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in paid search.
• At least 3 years of experience managing programs with an annual budget exceeding $5M.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Significant experience working with lagged or down-funnel conversion data.
• Background in categories where consumer education presents a search challenge.
• A data-driven mindset combined with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting.
