Senior Manager – SAP SD/SM Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Become a part of our vibrant organization, recognized as a leader in Professional Services, dedicated to utilizing advanced technology to enhance business success.

• Collaborate with key subject matter experts throughout the organization to ensure that established business processes utilize best practices and genuinely address the needs of each department.

• Act as the primary contact for designated business leaders.

• Identify and obtain approvals from key business leaders and stakeholders for business processes and the scope of work.

• Execute changes on existing systems within SAP ECC SD and SM, as well as other departments.

• Assist the COE TEAM in Transformation Activities.

• Perform assessments of SAP ECC SD & SM to pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend best practices.

• Conduct problem analysis in SAP ECC SD and SM and implement measures to enhance performance.

• Review all current processes in SAP ECC SD and SM to create standards aligned with best practices.

• Engage in system testing (UT/SIT/UAT), prepare documentation, and deliver training to end-users and super users.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience as an SAP ECC SD architect.

• Proven expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD/OTC) configuration.

• Established proficiency in designing and optimizing comprehensive SD/OTC solutions, including integrations and cross-functional touchpoints with all SAP modules in the service industry.

• Project management abilities utilizing a formal project methodology, covering aspects such as requirements gathering, design, SAP configuration, testing, training, and cutover across various modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.).

• Familiarity with SAP ECC (SD, SM, RFC, BAPIs, queries, transactions).

• Demonstrated technical skills in reading and debugging ABAP code.

• Capability to write functional specifications, guide ABAP with technical specifications, perform LSMWs, create queries, etc.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, able to engage in conversations effortlessly.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, Operations, or a related field.
