Senior Manager, SAP HCM European Payroll Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the implementation phase.

• Tailor SAP Payroll solutions to meet customer specifications in accordance with Strada standards.

• Perform system testing to ensure functionality and adherence to requirements.

• Efficiently manage priorities to achieve set deadlines.

• Maintain transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist other project team members as needed.

• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers and team members.

• Facilitate go-live activities to ensure the payroll system is ready for operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with the SAP HCM application.

• 2-3 successful implementations or support experiences in HCM.

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll configurations for European countries, specifically Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands.

• Strong client orientation, accountability for outcomes, and a solid commitment to team and project success.

• Proficient in English; German language skills are a significant advantage.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a client-centered, collaborative approach.
