
Senior Manager, SAP ERP Transformation – Plan to Sustain MRO-Aftermarket

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for Aftermarket process development and SAP ERP integration.
• Ensure effective integration of Aftermarket processes into SAP ERP, aligning capabilities with business requirements.
• Communicate project status, benefits, and strategic implications to VPs and senior leadership.
• Identify and address risks associated with changes in Aftermarket MRO tool execution processes.
• Align Aftermarket process maps with industry best practices and the needs of RTX business units.
• Lead change-management initiatives that facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Utilize SAP S4 technology to pinpoint opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Manage relationships with SAP ERP vendors and ensure the quality of solution delivery.
• Tackle SAP ERP implementation risks while upholding regulatory compliance and data security standards.
• Define and monitor KPIs for SAP S4 initiatives and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Lead complex ERP projects that are aligned with RTX business transformation objectives.
• Define project scope, manage detailed plans and budgets, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Identify inefficiencies, suggest best practices, and drive ongoing improvements.
• Manage issues, engage stakeholders, mentor project teams, and foster knowledge sharing, innovation, and accountability.
• Provide executive updates on achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and complex initiatives involving Aftermarket operations, SAP ERP systems, and related fields.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional teams and providing regular project updates to executive leadership.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% throughout the project lifecycle.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry is preferred.
• Leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and performance management, are preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
