This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead business processes within the Opportunity to Cash workstream, focusing on customer management, order management, and order pricing.
• Collaborate with Digital and business units to assess and implement SAP and complementary tools aimed at optimizing processes.
• Evaluate blueprinting recommendations alongside business-unit workstream leaders to support Global Design strategic objectives.
• Oversee the Business Process Hierarchy.
• Manage the project plan for designated responsibilities.
• Direct planning efforts to establish scope, timelines, and resource allocations for assigned Opportunity to Cash processes.
• Steer blueprinting execution, which includes global process designs, standardized metrics and reporting, common information model design, global template development, and readiness testing.
• Collaborate with business units and the system integrator throughout various project phases.
• Travel approximately 10–25%, primarily to RTX locations between Texas and Connecticut.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proven experience with large-scale SAP system implementation projects.
• Familiarity with quote and order management, customer management, order pricing, and returns management.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different disciplines and with executive leaders, influencing the adoption of new concepts, practices, and methodologies.
• Preferred cross-functional knowledge of multiple work areas.
• CORE or equivalent experience and project management skills preferred.
• Understanding of SAP integrations and handoff points between R2R, O2C, and P2S is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a matrixed team environment while managing multiple activities simultaneously is preferred.
• Capability to translate strategy into objectives, tactics, action plans, and deliverables while tracking progress is preferred.
