This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the business process for the Opportunity to Cash workstream encompassing customer management, order management, and order pricing.
• Collaborate with Digital and business units to assess and implement SAP and supplementary tools aimed at process optimization.
• Evaluate blueprinting suggestions alongside business-unit workstream leaders to align with Global Design strategic objectives.
• Oversee the Business Process Hierarchy.
• Manage the project plan pertaining to assigned responsibilities.
• Direct planning efforts to define scope, timelines, and resource plans for the designated Opportunity to Cash processes.
• Facilitate blueprinting initiatives, which include global process designs, standardized metrics and reporting, a common information model, global template, and readiness testing.
• Collaborate with business units and the system integrator throughout project phases.
• Communicate across various disciplines and with executive leaders while promoting the adoption of innovative concepts and practices.
• Align the strategy with specific goals, tactics, action plans, and deliverables; monitor and report progress at both executive and working-team levels.
• Travel approximately 10–25%, primarily to RTX locations in Texas and Connecticut.
• A university degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proven experience with large-scale SAP system implementation projects.
• Familiarity with quote and order management, customer management, order pricing, and returns management.
• Proficient in communicating across different disciplines and engaging with executive leaders.
• Capable of influencing the adoption of new concepts, practices, and methodologies.
• Preferred cross-functional knowledge across multiple work areas.
• CORE or equivalent and project management expertise are preferred.
• Understanding of SAP integrations and transitions between R2R, O2C, and P2S is preferred.
• Ability to operate efficiently within a matrixed team environment and manage multiple simultaneous activities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–25%.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to restricted access to certain systems.
• Must be able to work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
