This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, product, and engineering teams to finalize deals and provide impactful strategic solutions for customers and partners.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Sales Engineering team in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Work alongside sales leadership and clients to design and present comprehensive business solutions.
• Directly contribute to product development and enhancements for existing solutions based on market insights.
• Assist Geo Account Executives throughout the entire sales opportunity lifecycle.
• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.
• Extensive presales experience (typically over 15 years) with a background in managing Sales Engineering teams (usually 3-5 years).
• Demonstrated ability to enable and guide teams in delivering high-quality product and solution demonstrations.
• Expert-level experience in refining key sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-value.
