This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee revenue operations across sales functions, revenue planning and analysis, marketing operations, and overall commercial operational requirements.
• Manage lead management processes, encompassing routing, assignment logic, follow-up expectations, lead progression, and visibility into response and conversion.
• Track sales activities, pipeline shifts, opportunity advancements, and CRM usage to pinpoint stalled deals, lack of follow-through, and breakdowns in the sales process.
• Create and uphold revenue forecasts, pipeline reports, performance dashboards, and early-warning signals for sales and executive management.
• Offer practical operational support to sales leaders and team members by addressing system and process challenges and enhancing workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure CRM accuracy, tracking, UTM governance, database integrity, and smooth transitions from marketing to sales.
• Assess and enhance the revenue technology framework, including integrations, workflows, automation, and reporting systems.
• Leverage AI and automation for data enrichment, account and contact research, record upkeep, workflow efficiency, and commercial insights.
• Tackle broader commercial operational challenges related to unclear ownership, disconnected systems, or incomplete processes.
• Document revenue processes, definitions, operational guidelines, and system prerequisites across various teams.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, go-to-market operations, or a related area.
• Proven track record in managing a comprehensive Revenue Operations function across multiple commercial areas within a startup, growth-stage company, or similarly dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work both strategically and hands-on in commercial systems and operational tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM architecture, lead and opportunity management, pipeline stages, forecasting, activity tracking, workflow automation, reporting, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential.
• Experience in developing revenue forecasts, pipeline analyses, dashboards, warning indicators, and high-level performance reporting for executives.
• Skilled in lead routing, lead lifecycle management, sales and marketing transitions, campaign tracking, UTM governance, and attribution.
• Practical experience with data enrichment, automation, AI-assisted research, or AI-enabled revenue workflows.
• Proven ability to evaluate and improve integrations across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, enrichment, and other commercial systems.
• Demonstrated success in resolving fragmented systems, addressing ill-defined operational issues, and reconstructing ineffective processes.
• Strong communication and project management abilities, capable of working independently with commercial, technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
• Business acumen, complexity management skills, work-process optimization, resourcefulness, tech-savviness, and engagement.
