📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving analytics team by establishing clear objectives, prioritizing the project roadmap, and ensuring timely deliverables.

• Promote a culture of curiosity, accountability, and ongoing enhancement.

• Implement and integrate AI-enhanced workflows throughout the RevOps function, covering areas such as data analysis, anomaly detection, narrative creation, and stakeholder reporting.

• Act as the main analytical advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leadership, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities ahead of requests.

• Convert revenue strategies into actionable frameworks, defining appropriate metrics, leading indicators, and reporting schedules for each go-to-market function.

• Participate in annual planning processes involving quota modeling, capacity planning, territory structuring, and workforce analysis.

• Oversee the comprehensive revenue reporting framework, which includes dashboards, KPIs, and regular executive-level reporting using Hex, Looker, and Salesforce.

• Manage forecasting analytics by developing and maintaining models that enhance call accuracy and pipeline predictability across different segments.

• Evaluate funnel conversion, deal velocity, retention, expansion, and net revenue retention trends to identify performance gaps and suggest corrective actions.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses that are thorough, clearly articulated, and directly linked to decisions or actions.

• Establish and uphold data governance standards—defining metrics, ensuring field cleanliness, maintaining documentation, and managing changes—across the RevOps tech ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Systems and BI/Data Engineering teams to guarantee that data from Salesforce, Looker, HubSpot, and Gong is accurate, consistent, and reliable.

• Discover opportunities for automation and AI-supported analysis to enhance efficiency and lessen the manual reporting workload.

• Align go-to-market teams around unified metric definitions, reporting standards, and analytical best practices.

• Navigate ambiguity effectively, balancing competing priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Drive cross-functional projects through an analytical perspective, including territory planning, compensation modeling and evaluation, renewal health assessments, and total addressable market analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar go-to-market analytics role.

• 3+ years of experience in people management, specifically leading analytics or operations teams.

• Expert-level understanding of Salesforce reporting and proficiency in at least one BI platform (Hex is highly preferred).

• Proven history of managing commission plan modeling, forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and executive-level reporting.

• Strong SQL capabilities and comfort with direct data engagement; familiarity with AI/LLM tools to accelerate analytical processes is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional skill in translating complex data into concise, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.

• High analytical standards—ensure quality assurance of all outputs produced by yourself and your team, identify missed details, and strive for precision while maintaining speed.

• Demonstrated capability to think strategically while also focusing on details; ability to present insights suitable for a board-level audience and explain the underlying methodology.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; able to influence without authority among senior cross-functional leaders.
