Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain customer-oriented dashboards and reports that highlight utilization trends, workforce insights, and automation ROI related to provider recruiting, credentialing, and directory management.

• Take charge of the data analyst role within Axuall's customer-centric products, ensuring that reports, dashboards, and visualizations are precise, insightful, and provide direct value to health system clients.

• Convert intricate provider workforce data into clear and intuitive visualizations that stakeholders within health systems, ranging from operations to the executive level, can utilize effectively.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to create data-driven proof of concept reports for potential clients, showcasing how Axuall's products can leverage their own data.

• Create reusable proof of concept templates and frameworks that can be consistently scaled throughout the sales cycle.

• Work in close partnership with Axuall's Data Scientist to build sophisticated analytical models and deep insights regarding clinicians and providers, which are delivered directly to health system customers.

• Examine new data sources to comprehend their connections to Axuall's provider data model and assess how they can be utilized across our products.

• Record and convey data relationships and integration possibilities to product and engineering teams.

• Support the data science and engineering teams in upholding robust data quality standards across the platform, identifying anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies prior to customer delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in a similar capacity.

• A thorough understanding of healthcare data, particularly claims data, provider specialties, referral processes, quality metrics, and utilization dynamics. Familiarity with claims coding standards such as CPT, ICD, and UB-04 is advantageous.

• Proficient in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool (Omni, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).

• Strong data wrangling abilities and comfort with managing messy, real-world datasets.

• Experience in creating customer-facing dashboards or reports, including the presentation of findings to both executive and operational audiences.

• Capability to translate data insights into clear, non-technical business narratives for executive and operational stakeholders.

• Experience in supporting presales, solution engineering, or proof-of-concept activities is a plus.

• Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (claims data, credentialing data) is a benefit.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A demonstrated history of taking ownership, showing initiative, and achieving results.
