This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) Revenue Enablement function at Peek, focusing on the design, development, and execution of programs.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive Revenue Enablement strategy and ensure implementation across critical initiatives.
• Create and implement scalable operating systems for Enablement purposes.
• Manage the AI and automation roadmap pertaining to Enablement.
• Develop and supervise a comprehensive training and ongoing education curriculum.
• Prioritize enablement initiatives by evaluating their business impact.
• Craft interactive training solutions specifically designed for remote learning environments.
• Generate content, interactive training guides, and staged content modules using a novel AI-driven methodology.
• Independently spearhead the creation of enablement materials for new features, positioning, workflows, and GTM strategies.
• Provide processes and tools that foster awareness, adoption, and success of key features.
• Establish a Subject Matter Expert (SME) certification program.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Education, Organizational Development, or similar) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales, GTM, or similar roles, demonstrating a robust track record of driving measurable improvements in revenue team performance.
• Proven thought leadership in Revenue Enablement, showcasing the ability to introduce frameworks, challenge assumptions, and influence cross-functional decision-making.
• Experience in translating AI tools into measurable enablement results, including quicker production cycles, improved content reuse, and more scalable learning operations.
• A readiness to experiment with AI tools and adapt strategies promptly in response to a rapidly changing environment.
• A demonstrated capacity to function effectively in ambiguous situations, make informed recommendations with limited information, and advance projects without awaiting complete clarity.
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities, with a knack for aligning stakeholders, constructively challenging ideas, and facilitating decisions without relying on direct authority.
• Comfortable both creating the Learning & Development program and facilitating it personally or coordinating facilitation by other internal SMEs.
• Familiarity with systems such as Tiger Hall, Articulate, etc.
• Skills and experience in producing polished deliverables.
• Collaborative, inquisitive problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for achieving results.
