This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Facilitate communication regarding inquiries and issues from CBO Business Operations, Amsurg Centers, and internal CBO teams.
• Establish, standardize, and continuously enhance liaison workflows associated with issue intake, escalation, resolution, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Act as a senior escalation contact for high-risk, high-impact, or unresolved stakeholder RCM issues.
• Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with leadership at surgery centers, anesthesia providers, and Central Billing Office.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote trust, transparency, and shared responsibility for revenue cycle performance.
• Educate and develop the Bus Ops manager and internal CBO operational leaders on systems, analytics, payers, and performance metrics.
• Uphold executive accountability for all onboarding and offboarding processes involving the Central Billing Office.
• Guarantee consistent governance, readiness evaluations, success criteria, and reporting for onboarding transitions.
• Supervise 90-day post-onboarding performance, ensuring that risks are detected early and corrective measures are enacted.
• Track aggregate onboarding outcomes to highlight systemic gaps and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the creation and analysis of revenue cycle KPI dashboards and performance trends.
• Convert data insights into enterprise-level recommendations and long-term enhancement strategies.
• Regularly communicate progress, risks, and results to senior revenue cycle and executive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and senior team members. Establish performance expectations and ensure alignment with departmental and organizational standards. Identify resource requirements, succession planning, and opportunities to advance the liaison function.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, payor regulations, and reimbursement models.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record in managing managers and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced skills in data interpretation with the capability to convert insights into strategic actions.
• Demonstrated ability to spearhead enterprise initiatives and drive organizational transformation.
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required; a graduate degree is highly preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, operations, or practice management in lieu of a degree, or an equivalent combination of education and revenue cycle experience.
• Extensive experience in leading teams, managing enterprise-level initiatives, and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
