Senior Manager, Resource Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Resource Delivery Management team for Service Delivery and establish a strategy for scalable, AI-driven fulfillment.

• Develop the roadmap for both internal and external resource fulfillment, talent distribution, and automation, ensuring alignment with Snowflake’s annual revenue and delivery objectives.

• Transform Resource Delivery from a transactional fulfillment function into a strategic advisory service.

• Manage a team of Global Fulfillment Managers and utilize Snowflake technology along with internal AI tools to enhance fulfillment speed, resource quality, and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in resource management within the software solutions sector.

• More than 5 years in a leadership position, with a background in managing global or distributed teams.

• Demonstrated capability to handle daily resource management tasks (utilization, conflict resolution) while also pursuing long-term strategic initiatives (AI integration, roadmap development).

• Expertise in resource management software, ERP systems, and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, Workday).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for applying AI to expedite insight generation and inform business recommendations.

• SQL coding experience is preferred.
