This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee technology-driven projects aimed at enhancing clinical and EHR workflows, ensuring that documentation and coding align with program-specific reporting standards for designated partners by creating technology solutions that fulfill unique reporting needs and guarantee optimal quality performance.
• Provide and interpret technical specifications for quality programs, ensuring peak performance through sophisticated data analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively implement and oversee quality improvement programs, working alongside external vendors to guarantee accurate end-of-year quality reporting and top-tier ACO scoring.
• Develop and manage data collection processes from various EHR systems, ensuring the quality and integrity of data for quality measure enhancements.
• Employ SQL and data analytics tools to scrutinize extensive healthcare datasets for quality reporting and performance insights.
• Work in partnership with EHR vendors and technical teams to refine data extraction methods, utilizing C-CDA, QRDA, flat files, and other healthcare data formats.
• Track practice quality performance by formulating data-driven actionable strategies for ongoing improvement and achieving optimal measure benchmarks.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting, preferably with ACO, MSSP, REACH, or MIPS programs.
• At least 3 years of experience in value-based care, population health, government programs, or quality improvement.
• Thorough understanding of CMS quality measures, including eCQMs, CAHPS, and Medicare CQMs.
• Basic understanding of clinical workflows in inpatient, ambulatory, and ancillary care settings, including how data is captured and utilized in EHR systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare administrative and clinical datasets, encompassing demographics, encounters, labs, diagnoses, and medications.
• Experience with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle tools, or population health platforms to support clinical or operational applications.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and developing subject matter expertise.
