This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Supervise the delivery of all offshore Instrumentation & Control (I&C) services while supporting overall project delivery both offshore and onshore.

• Manage the development and implementation of technical program/project management best practices and templates, providing training and mentoring to project teams while monitoring dependencies across various interrelated technical scopes.

• Collect and present consolidated project status and financial data to leadership.

• Ensure stringent commercial and contract management to safeguard Westinghouse's interests.

• Cultivate an environment that enhances strong customer relationships while ensuring the commercial success of Westinghouse.

• Engage with critical issues as necessary to guarantee timely project closeout and maintain communication and alignment with customer leadership teams.

• Accountable for planning, organizing, and managing resources, procedures, and timelines for administrative and business processes, which includes organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource needs.

• Monitor and report on project statuses, including costs, timelines, and staffing.

• May involve managing multiple interrelated projects.

• Ensure compliance with both internal and external quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in leading large, complex I&C (or other engineering, procurement, and construction) projects within the nuclear industry.

• More than 15 years of cumulative technical and/or project experience with complex I&C applications.

• At least 8 years of experience with the AP1000 systems to be implemented at Xudapu 1&2.

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.

• Qualification as a Westinghouse Program Manager.

• Proficient understanding of nuclear I&C systems, applications, and processes.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including internationally.
