This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee multiple projects at different stages and locations, from project identification through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout.
• Exhibit complete accountability for the comprehensive management of projects.
• Lead project teams comprised of architects, design engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, real estate brokers, environmental consultants, the client’s Project Management Organization, client security, and client technology teams.
• Provide weekly updates on project activities to the Team Lead and/or Regional Manager concerning Project Schedule, Budget, and Risk, and input activity updates into the Client’s Project Management web-based tools.
• Develop risk management plans, guiding teams through established work authorization processes to prevent any impacts or incidents in critical environments or equipment.
• Utilize top-tier project management skills in client interactions to assess client needs and develop project goals and scope of work.
• Supervise and prepare precise project documentation for all construction phases, including project charter, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, financial funding requests, status reports, punch lists, and special reports, ensuring timely completion and adherence to pre-established formats to pass all project documentation reviews with the client.
• Manage vendors (e.g., GC, A&E, Security, signage) to ensure full compliance with all project policies and procedures, including the formal closeout of all projects within 60 days of project completion.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
• At least 7 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction.
• Proven experience in project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations is required.
• Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not mandatory.
