This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for prospective Project Teams, fostering a transparent and trust-focused discovery process.

• Clearly and consistently communicate Multiplier’s framework, services, expectations, and decision-making criteria.

• Design and oversee discovery engagements that reveal essential factors related to mission alignment, feasibility, organizational preparedness, and risk.

• Facilitate or co-facilitate discussions utilizing structured guides while navigating nuances and cultivating trust.

• Manage qualification and due diligence processes, setting clear expectations, timelines, and information flows for both Project Teams and Core Team members.

• Identify and evaluate operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks.

• Oversee structured departure processes, including transitions to independent 501(c)(3) status and closures.

• Others perceive you as steady, collaborative, and solutions-oriented—someone who can hold nuance, thoughtfully surface challenging questions, and guide groups toward clear, informed decisions.

• You maintain a balance between openness to innovative, values-aligned work and a strong sense of stewardship and accountability.

• You excel in cross-functional settings, enjoy orchestrating collaborative processes, and exude executive presence without ego.

• Familiarity with 501(c)(3) nonprofit structures, rules, and regulations.

• Proven ability to design and implement processes that mitigate bias, enhance access, and promote equitable participation in decision-making.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills across multiple priorities.
