• Brief Summary: This role involves providing senior managerial responsibilities overseeing the assigned coordinating center projects, including facilitation, management, training, and recruitment of employees.
• The Sr. Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and account management of copay assistance programs for various specialty pharmaceutical initiatives.
• Specific job duties include overseeing appointed coordinating center projects to achieve company objectives.
• Ensure all managers and associate managers are fully equipped to support associates handling incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers with exceptional customer service.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of assigned projects.
• Provide overall management and leadership for designated projects.
• Act as a client contact with external entities related to the project.
• Supervise appointed coordinating center managers for projects to ensure calls are made and to support the escalation process.
• Provide managers with any issues or follow-up activities that need to occur with clients, participants within a project, and/or employees regarding daily responsibilities.
• Ensure that managers have the necessary tools to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in delivering materials that are sponsor-authored instructions to ensure accurate and concise documentation of calls.
• Support the appointed Project Manager in the creation of SOPs, project-specific procedures, and training materials.
• Aid the appointed Project Manager in developing portal designs and other electronic data capture solutions.
• Ensure that projects are scalable for the current and future term.
• Assist business development with requests for proposal information, call center expertise, and budget preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director, Operations, as determined by UBC SOPs.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in program design, implementation, and account management of 3 Party Manufacturer Copay Programs is required.
• Proven administrative experience in a customer service-related field.
• Previous management experience related to customer service; direct management experience of copay programs for specialty pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with specific aptitude in Microsoft Office.
• Minimal travel required for quarterly business reviews.
