This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide senior managerial guidance for designated programs, including facilitation, management, training, and recruitment.
• Act as a strategic contact for clients and oversee daily program and supervisory team operations.
• Supervise managers and projects, ensuring activities are finalized and supporting escalation procedures.
• Manage programs in accordance with the scope of work, business guidelines, SOPs, and contracted budgets across multiple sites.
• Track program statistics and metrics while addressing complex cases and client concerns.
• Lead the analysis and drafting of client reports and other deliverables.
• Present program details to both internal and external stakeholders, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with operational departments to investigate and resolve client issues.
• Mentor managers and provide follow-up guidance regarding clients, participants, and employees.
• Assist in ensuring the accuracy of sponsor-approved materials, call responses, and documentation according to GDP and program business rules.
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of SOPs, project procedures, training materials, portal designs, and electronic application requirements.
• Contribute to strategic and business planning efforts, identify initiatives and operational challenges, conduct research, and formulate recommendations.
• Support budget development and tracking activities.
• Participate in the interviewing, assessment, and training of employees.
• Develop supervisory skills and counsel supervisory staff on performance management and corrective disciplinary measures.
• Foster relationships with professional organizations and medical professional societies.
• Ensure projects are scalable for current and upcoming terms.
• Travel as necessary and engage in both in-person and virtual meetings/events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent professional experience.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, or 6–10 years with a Master’s degree.
• 5 years of related experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• 4 years of prior managerial experience.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work across functions, communicate proactively, and address issues urgently.
• Highly developed writing and documentation skills.
• Client interfacing skills to build and manage relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Capacity to organize people and systems to accomplish objectives.
• Preferred working knowledge of customer service processes.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Supervisory responsibility for 1–15 direct reports.
