Senior Manager, Professional Services – Health & Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project managers to define the vision for crucial engagements. Proactively identify and address technical and scope risks early in the project lifecycle, foresee potential delivery challenges, and develop mitigation plans.

• Drive ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes.

• Set and maintain the technical standards, ensuring high-quality, sustainable solutions.

• Build and uphold trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; promote a culture of collaboration and cross-functional partnership within the team.

• Manage, mentor, and support the professional development of delivery personnel by aligning individual strengths and aspirations with organizational objectives.

• Recruit delivery staff and coordinate with other Platform Leads to ensure technical consistency during the interview process.

• Address escalations and make decisions for critical engagements.

• Plan and oversee staffing for active and upcoming engagements to ensure optimal resource utilization and balanced workloads.

• Consult with Sales regarding license consumption opportunities.

• Collaborate with leadership and resource management teams to forecast resource requirements and address capacity gaps.

• Translate technical complexities into actionable insights for non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment between business and technology.

• Lead strategic discussions to align delivery outcomes with platform vision and business objectives, communicating these to senior leadership.

• Foster transparency and clarity across all communication channels, ensuring teams are well-informed and aligned.

• Work closely with other Platform Leads to ensure consistency and shared learning.

• Possess domain knowledge in Healthcare – (Payer and Provider).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development.

• More than 7 years of experience in client-facing technology projects, with a previous focus on program or delivery management related to software development and systems integration.

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

• Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, managing, and mentoring technical professionals.

• Familiarity with various methodologies including agile, waterfall, SDLC, and hybrid approaches, as well as continuous integration practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with the UiPath platform.
