Senior Manager, Professional Education and Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Professional Education initiatives and strategies for the IHFM business unit.

• Independently identify, engage, and influence Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop cohesive messaging.

• Produce and oversee product training materials and educational resources.

• Assess the effectiveness of educational tools and spearhead the implementation of improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare sector, or a Master's Degree with 8 years of experience.

• Demonstrated strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Proven proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
