Senior Manager, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the VP to formulate product strategy and roadmap.

• Supervise Product Managers and ensure timely feature delivery.

• Foster cross-functional teamwork.

• Evaluate and authorize the feature roadmap.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in product management, technology, or a similar field.

• More than 7 years of direct experience in product management.

• At least 3 years of experience in people management.

• Demonstrated ability to drive product vision and lead cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with B2G SaaS, platform software, or products within regulated industries.

• Ability to operate strategically as well as hands-on in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
