Senior Manager, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop the portfolio strategy and convert it into a roadmap that aligns with revenue and margin objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams to define product requirements and enhance customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another pertinent technical discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a similar technical leadership position.

• Proficiency in pricing strategies, product lifecycle management, and agile development methodologies.

• Capability to balance technical, commercial, and customer considerations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive clear conclusions.

• Experience in identifying opportunities and contributing to go-to-market strategies.
