Senior Manager, Process Performance and Quality Control

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with GTRM pillar leads across functions to determine key performance indicators (KPIs), including the establishment of effective audit procedures to ensure data integrity.

• Create and maintain user-friendly data dashboards that convert metrics into actionable insights, empowering stakeholders to address areas of risk and responsibility.

• Work alongside pillar leads and teams to pinpoint corrective actions, utilizing the data portfolio to assess the effectiveness of these actions.

• Develop comprehensive standard procedures for managing the KPI portfolio, emphasizing precision, feasibility, and consistency.

• Oversee, enhance, and create processes and tools that ensure visibility and compliance throughout the authorizations management function.

• Administer processes and tools for AMOCs and RFIs, ensuring thoroughness of requests and collaborating with RTX Corporate to identify and execute standardization efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of experience in global trade or data analytics; OR an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years of experience in global trade or data analytics.

• Proven track record of successfully managing continuous improvement projects driven by data insights.
