This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of LRAs who assist EEOs in providing consistent, high-quality deliverables across designated areas.
• Allocate and prioritize tasks among the analyst team based on market complexity, volume, and essential regulatory and business cycles.
• Supervise the onboarding, training, and continuous skills development of the analyst team.
• Establish and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and playbooks for analyst activities.
• Offer ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Assist EEOs in monitoring obligations, risks, and decisions concerning privacy, security, AI governance, and business continuity.
• Coordinate the preparation of “Executive-ready” briefing materials, dashboards, and summaries for EEOs and EPSRM leadership.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of requirements and deliverables managed by the analysts.
• Direct analyst efforts to identify and document requirements for privacy, security, AI governance, and operational resilience.
• Oversee analyst contributions to key EPSRM engagement deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement in analyst methodologies, reporting, skill sets, and tooling to enhance the efficiency, quality, and consistency of EPSRM engagement activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or a related field; or equivalent experience is required.
• 7+ years of experience in Privacy, security, compliance, risk management, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or managing professionals within a regulatory, security, or compliance function is required.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements is required.
• Experience in healthcare, government programs, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience in analyzing and translating complex regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements into actionable business and technical guidance is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations is preferred.
• Experience conducting regulatory impact assessments, risk evaluations, and gap analyses across business and technology functions is preferred.
• Experience in developing executive-level communications and engaging senior stakeholders to facilitate decision-making, alignment, and regulatory compliance outcomes is preferred.
• Actively pursuing or willing to obtain at least one of the following: CISSP, CISM, CIPP/US, or a closely related, reputable equivalent.
