This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as a strategic leader within RCG’s Corporate Affairs team.
• Oversee the comprehensive management, growth, and compliance of RCG USA’s Political Action Committee.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Public Affairs, Government Relations, Community Engagement, and legal counsel.
• Direct and enhance the long-term vision, growth strategy, and operations of RCG USA PAC.
• Create a member engagement and ship tour program.
• Organize and carry out convenings such as roundtables, briefings, receptions, and site visits.
• Assist with PAC fundraising events and engagement initiatives.
• Provide political intelligence and research to support grassroots and coalition strategies.
• Monitor political and regulatory changes affecting the vacation and tourism sector.
• Collaborate with counsel to ensure adherence to all FEC, IRS, and state-level regulatory and reporting obligations for PACs.
• Track and report performance metrics, which include fundraising progress, participation, disbursements, and election outcomes.
• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in PAC management, political fundraising, campaign finance compliance, or related public affairs positions.
• Preferred experience working with or within political campaigns, party committees, or political fundraising organizations.
• Extensive knowledge of FEC compliance, federal and state campaign finance regulations, and lobbying disclosure requirements.
• Proven experience in a senior role managing a corporate, association, or other PAC program with national reach.
• A demonstrated strategic thinker and collaborator capable of leading complex projects and expanding a political program.
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation abilities, particularly for executive-level audiences.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive communications for both internal and external audiences.
• Robust political acumen and understanding of the political campaign ecosystem.
• Professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive political and legal issues.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while also being an effective collaborator.
