This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the organization's projects, ensuring that initiatives are in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Direct the organization's project management approach by establishing consistent practices, prioritizing tasks, and assisting teams through evolving standards.
• Collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders to convert business needs into actionable plans.
• Track progress and ensure that work remains aligned with strategic objectives.
• Proactively identify risks and enhance communication channels.
• Guarantee that teams possess the necessary tools and knowledge to execute their tasks effectively.
• Develop, implement, and sustain standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools throughout the organization.
• Oversee the organization's entire project portfolio, making sure all initiatives are consistent with broader business goals and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with leadership to collect business requirements and decompose them into relevant, precise, and detailed functional requirements, process diagrams, problem statements, and use cases.
• Facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders to monitor deliverables, manage dependencies, and assess project health.
• Create frameworks to identify, track, and mitigate potential financial, technical, and operational risks across projects.
• Provide continuous training and upskilling for project teams to adapt to changing project management standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks and issues that may arise.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, executive sponsors, and members of oversight committees.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation of team members and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ServiceNow SPM.
• Exceptional skills in capacity planning and change management.
• Capability to document business processes, gather requirements, and create functional design specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
