• Take ownership of 24/7 incident response and SaaS customer operations.

• Oversee deployment and fleet operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience.

• At least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.

• Proven experience managing 24/7 production operations.

• Familiarity with FedRAMP or similar regulated compliance environments.

• Experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure.

• Skilled in managing distributed infrastructure fleets.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Must be a US citizen living on US soil.
