Senior Manager, Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the pharmacy procurement strategy across all service lines within the pharmacy.

• Provide both strategic and operational supervision of medication acquisition.

• Ensure alignment of contracts throughout the pharmacy enterprise within the health system.

• Improve and manage pharmacy inventory effectively.

• Monitor compliance related to procurement activities.

• Direct enterprise-level pharmacy procurement initiatives for Providence's health system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.

• Upon hire: Pharmacist License for the state of residence.

• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy, including procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar discipline.

• Preferred: PharmD in Pharmacy.

• Preferred: Experience in pharmacy operations across enterprise or multi-site health systems and various pharmacy service lines.
