Clinical Pharmacy Review Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the administration of utilization management.

• Oversee and provide daily guidance to a team comprising 14–25 support and technical associates.

• Execute escalated or more complex tasks of a similar nature.

• Ensure uniformity in team performance.

• Hold team members accountable to established policies.

• Maintain regular communication with associates and eliminate barriers for the staff.

• Lead and empower direct reports to foster growth in competency and contributions.

• Offer continuous training and support to team members.

• Assist the team in reaching their objectives.

• Address personnel issues, including necessary disciplinary actions.

• Identify projects and process enhancements to propel the business forward.

• Make decisions regarding schedules, plans, and daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Degree or 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capable of providing direction and making informed business decisions.

• Ability to apply sound judgment and engage in ethical practices.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Committed to enhancing consumer experiences through continuous improvement.

• Experience in an operational environment is preferred.

• General knowledge of economic, financial, and operational concepts is preferred.

• Previous supervisory experience in a call center environment is preferred.

• Minimum internet download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home connectivity.

• Capacity to work from a designated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
