This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the strategic and operational direction of the PDX business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Oversee the regional sales team and promote sustainable revenue expansion.
• Formulate long-term customer engagement and market strategies for the PDX portfolio.
• Integrate strategic sales leadership, team management, and key account supervision with robust cross-functional teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in a natural science or a related field.
• Multiple years of proven sales success in life sciences, medical technology, or healthcare, along with demonstrated leadership in sales management.
• Experience in managing strategic accounts, complex commercial initiatives, and ideally leading regional or international sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic insight, with experience in change management and organizational growth.
• Proficient in forecasting, KPI and pipeline management, and familiar with CRM and reporting tools, particularly Salesforce and Power BI.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation abilities, paired with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Fluent in both German and English, possessing a Class B driving license, and willing to travel extensively within the DACH region (approximately 60%).
