Senior Manager, PBM Data Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to establish the domain strategy and vision.

• Identify key use cases for PBM domain data and work together on technical solutions.

• Ensure that technical solutions align with the strategy and fulfill business use cases.

• Create, document, and monitor metrics for Data Governance and Data Quality.

• Work with data stewards to define domain-specific objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Assess the effectiveness of data governance and promote adherence to data policies and standards.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for domain-specific data and systems, empowering end-users.

• Assist in standardizing data querying, reporting, and analytics across the PBM.

• Help plan and allocate resources for data governance initiatives.

• Act as a decision-maker on the PBM Data Stewardship council.

• Provide domain expertise and facilitate connections with relevant business leaders.

• Collaborate with the DDAT Team and PBM business units to enhance data governance and ensure data accessibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a highly regulated, complex, data-intensive environment.

• Proven track record of collaborating with IT/Data organizations to set objectives and oversee execution.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business strategy within a technology framework.

• More than 7 years of strong organizational skills, including project management or managing cross-team/department initiatives, showing measurable success.

• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• PBM experience is preferred.

• Preferred experience working with agile technical teams as a subject matter expert, product manager, program manager, or product analyst.

• Familiarity with BI platforms such as Tableau and MicroStrategy is preferred.

• Understanding of relational databases and data architecture concepts is preferred.
