This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and guide operational goals for patient enrollment in clinical research.
• Lead a team of recruiters to facilitate the recruitment of participants for clinical trials.
• Participate in health fairs and enhance local company branding efforts.
• Manage an average of 3–5 projects focused on recruitment and retention.
• Direct internal marketing team members to achieve project milestones.
• Assign projects and tasks according to deliverables and team resource utilization.
• Engage in internal project kickoff meetings.
• Stay informed on clinical research studies, associated diagnoses, medical terminology, protocols, and exclusions.
• Coordinate the activities and deliverables of study team members.
• Provide exceptional and efficient service to patients, potential subjects, physicians, sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop strategies for recruitment and retention based on protocols, advertisements, and collaboration with physicians.
• Oversee recruitment initiatives for enrolling protocols.
• Create and spearhead marketing campaigns for clinical studies.
• Collaborate with vendors on media buys and other advertising strategies.
• Analyze trends in patient recruitment and modify campaigns accordingly.
• Develop content and scripts for patient recruitment and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor, report, and analyze marketing and advertising metrics pertinent to recruitment and enrollment.
• Work alongside sites to facilitate enrollment of participants in clinical trials.
• Manage operations related to recruitment and patient outreach.
• Track efficiency and ensure appropriate utilization rates are maintained.
• Update internal reporting and project management tracking systems.
• Evaluate employee productivity and provide coaching and feedback as necessary.
• Assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Establish performance goals and deadlines that align with company and departmental objectives.
• Ensure that business objectives, deadlines, and performance standards are satisfactorily achieved.
• Recommend candidates for hiring to Talent Services based on performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies while partnering with Talent Services on disciplinary actions when required.
• Preferred experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of managerial experience.
• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems.
• Proven ability to execute project plans, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word, as well as web applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to evolving responsibilities and workloads.
• Demonstrates professionalism, urgency, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
• High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and federal research regulations.
• Familiarity with clinical trial terminology and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, assess unpredictable situations, and meet project timelines while adhering to study protocols.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CTMS, EDMS, Excel, and Word.
• Preferred experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, project management software, and NetSuite.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Understanding or experience with patient recruitment campaigns in a clinical research context is preferred.
• Up to 20% travel may be necessary.
• Ability to work weeks that may exceed 40 hours when required by business needs.
